How to ensure firmness and elasticity of breasts? We will recommend several effective tricks for you:
Massage: To firm the breasts a massage is suitable as well. It is also recommended to rub the breasts with nutritional oil, use the right hand to gently massage the left breast and then the left hand to massage the right one. Gentle circular motions should be directed from the area under the breasts up to the collarbone.
Cold shower: Cheap and simple. Regular daily shower with cold water will stretch the skin, stretch the tissue and preserve the shape of breasts. After taking a shower it is recommended to spread a body lotion over the breasts.

Pulling up: Stand up straight and join the palms of your hands slightly bent at right angles. Push the palms against each other. Lift the elbows by about 10 cm up and slowly return back to the starting position. Make 10 reps in 3 sets.
Palms against each other: Stand upright and connect the palms so that the finger tips point up. Press your hands against each other and release after a few seconds. Repeat the exercise 50 times.
Butterfly: Lie on the floor and take a barbell in your hands (1 kg). Raise your arms out to shoulder level and take a deep breath. Then put your hands back on your hips and slowly exhale. Repeat 20 times.
